• Construction activity continued in St. Louis. At the end of Q2 2019 there was 1.1 million sq. ft. of Class A office product under construction, of which 72% was already pre-leased.
  • Pfizer’s 75,000 sq. ft. West County build-to-suit facility and the Streets of St. Charles II, an 88% pre-leased 40,000 sq. ft. Class A speculative space delivered in Q2 2019.
  • Construction continued on Centene’s Clayton campus expansion; the 551,000 sq. ft. Class A office tower is now 100% pre-leased with delivery expected in the first half of 2020.
  • The Mid-County/Clayton submarket continued to lead the market in both overall & Class A asking lease rates.
