• Total vacancy continued to decline, dipping to 4.7%  in Q2 2019.
  • The overall average asking lease rate rose to $9.67 per sq. ft. NNN, up 15.1% from Q4 2018. This increase was driven by the larger share of available Flex/R&D space with higher asking lease rates.
  • Following strong activity in 2018, net absorption stabilized to 116,689 sq. ft. in H1 2019.
  • Two industrial projects totaling 161,960 sq. ft. were underway at the end of Q2 2019 and both are scheduled to deliver later this year.
