Danny Queenan serves as Global Chief Executive Officer of CBRE’s Advisory Services business, which includes Advisory & Transaction Services (Occupier and Investor), Property Management, Capital Markets, Local Project Management and Valuations. Advisory Services has more than 45,000 employees globally and produced more than $8 billion in revenue in 2018. Mr. Queenan serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and Global Operating Committee.
Mr. Queenan previously served as Global Chief Executive Officer for CBRE’s Real Estate Investments (REI) business segment, which includes CBRE Global Investors, the company’s global real asset investment management business, Trammell Crow Company (TCC), its real estate development business, and Hana, the firm’s flexible/agile space business. He served as Chairman of the CBRE Global Investors Global Executive Committee, and was a member of the Board of Directors for TCC, CBRE Clarion and CBRE Caledon.
Earlier in his career at CBRE, Mr. Queenan served in such roles as President of the Real Estate Investments businesses, President and COO of CBRE Global Investors, Chief Executive Officer of TCC, and Chief Executive Officer and COO of CBRE’s Asia Pacific business.
Mr. Queenan earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
