CBRE has been recognized at the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2019 in 5 nominations!

CBRE once again became Facility Management Company of the Year in 2019.

CBRE’s commercial property portfolio is currently over 1 million sq m, including such ladmark projects as: Neopolis business centre (the winner of CRE AWARDS in the Best A Class Business Centre of 2018), Serebryaniy Gorod business centre, Vodniy business centre, Stanislavsky Factory business centre, Riviera shopping centre, Central City Tower business centre.

Additions to the CBRE portfolio in 2018 included: office centers Neopolis (109,000 sq m), TetraPack factory (155,558 sq m), Selgros retail chain (11,000 sq m), Stanislavsky Factory business centre (34,500 sq m), Samsung– Al Center Moscow offices (2,000 sq m), Dell (7,478 sq m), Ericsson (4,700 sq m), Kimberly Clark (5,000 sq m), Honeywell (total 46,127 sq m – office in Saint Petersburg of 400 sq mwas added to our portfolio in 2018), CitiBank (32,821 sq m).

CBRE took the pedestal of “THE LEASING DEAL OF THE YEAR” in absolutely all commercial real estate segments, such as:

  • Leasing Deal of the Year. Office Real Estate. Aeroflot – the most significant Office Lease Deal in 2018 of 18,447 sq m (70% of the building) in BC Arbat, 1 (Landlord - Group PSN).
  • Leasing Deal of the Year. Retail Real Estate. The first offline store of the number 1 online Retailer in Russia (1,008 sq m): lamoda Market, the clear indicator of retail transformation into the omni-channel reality.
  • Leasing Deal of the Year. Industrial Real Estate. E-commerce Deal in Russia between Orientir and Ozon: 120,000 sq m of leased space at Orientir Sever 1.

Mixed-use Complex Savelovsky City (GBA 227,000 sq m) won in category Mixed-use Complex of the year nomination. CBRE is an exclusive retail lease consultant of this project. Developer of this landmark project is – MR Group.

It is important to mention that 2 nominees in Leasing Deal of the Year – Office Real Estate and Leasing Deal of the Year – Industrial Real Estate were the deals also closed with CBRE:

  • Office space lease of 9,700 sq m in BC Oasis for the largest Russian retailer, X5 Retail Group. CBRE team did their best to offer the most desirable option to the Landlord to meet the requirements of all the tenants for the premises, as well as the direct participants in the transaction, maximizing the rental flow through the building. The landlord – KMKI Dobryninsky.
  • Significant warehouse lease deal of 30,000 sq m with Radius Group with American company Kimberly Clark is one of the largest transactions concluded with the multinational corporation in terms of the size of the leased area.
