Next to Chacha Room another well-known restaurant holding "Tigrus" (Bar BQ café and Zest Coffee & Wine) opened its Italian concept Osteria Mario on the area of 218 sq. m. It is the fifth Osteria in Moscow, realized by Henrik Winther. The average check in Osteria Mario is 1,000 rubles.

Olga Korolevskaya, Consultant, Moscow Retail Department, CBRE, said: "The existing shopping malls have to meet the changing preferences of the customers. According to CBRE research, more and more customers come to mall not just to shop. A shopping center today is the place for entertainment for the whole family. Shopping Mall ATRIUM keeps up with the times, and certifies its status as one of the best shopping centers of Moscow.”
