Natalia has been with CBRE since 2005. In 2007 she was promoted to property advisor. During this period she has been focused on corporate clients’ representation. Natalia was involved in the first regional lease acquisition in Tver for the Global Corporate Client - company Accenture. She held negotiations with Tver’s region administration and drove the transaction process.
Natalia also worked on extension lease agreements, sublease, renegotiation and expansion of office spaces projects for key clients. Natalia was responsible for preparing different marketing reports on Real Estate Market in Moscow and regions.
