Nadezhda Pushkina

Nadezhda has 10 years experience at the Moscow Real Estate market. After joining CBRE in 2001, Mrs. Pushkina was first involved in marketing and leasing a number of office projects in Moscow. Subsequently she has focused on tenant representation, successfully representing many large domestic and international companies, including those listed here as "Notable Clients” being involved in a number of pre-leases/ consolidation projects over 30,000 square meters.

In addition to lease acquisitions and consolidations, Nadezhda’s projects also involve renegotiations / renewals and lease restructuring, as well as disposition strategies of excess / expansion space.
