Michael Packham

Michael joined CB Richard Ellis’ team in 2005. He is one of the most experienced leasing professionals in Moscow with over 14 years office leasing experience of which the past 10 years have been in CEE.

Prior to joining CBRE, Michael had been Director of Office Leasing for two of the region’s largest developers, responsible for the leasing and marketing of Class-A office projects across Central & Eastern Europe.
In 2004-5 he worked for AIG/Lincoln in Moscow as their Office Leasing Director, with the responsibility of pre-leasing activities for White Square Office Center.

Before that, Michael worked as Director of Marketing & Leasing for GE Capital Golub Europe and Managing Director of Tenant Representation & Corporate Services in Warsaw, Poland with an international advisory company.

Michael  has also represented international real estate funds Europolis Real Estate Asset Management LLC and Ivanhoe Cambridge with their joint-venture landmark acquisition of Vremena Goda Shopping Center, the recipient of the Deal of the Year at the Commercial Real Estate Awards.
