Anastasia Milovanova is Associate Director of CBRE Office Agency department and works with major clients of the company.

Currently Anastasia is specialising in representing developers of the office buildings and marketing and leasing campaigns of large scale projects.

Professional experience

Anastasia Milovanova has been working on Moscow real estate market for 8 years. She started her career in Jones Lang LaSalle in 2002 specializing on rendering consultancy services within Office Department.

Anastasia also worked in Cushman&Wakefield Stiles&Riabokobylko for 3 years specializing on leasing large class A and B projects.

Anastasia has been working at CBRE since 2006 as Senior Property Consultant. She is one of the leading brokers on Moscow real estate market. 
Anastasia has considerable experience in marketing and leasing exclusive and non-exclusive projects. Her principal duties are establishing relationships with developers and owners of office premises, providing information regarding services of the company, marketing, leasing, selling real estate in Moscow, analyzing real estate market, representing Landlords’ and Tenants’ interests during negotiations. 

Anastasia has been working with leading developers in Moscow and is currently coordinating marketing campaigns of new class A projects.

Education

Anastasia has a Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, and got a degree majoring in Tourism in 2001. She has also completed a number of professional courses in Real Estate, marketing and sales.

Anastasia reads, writes and speaks English fluently.
