Responsibilities

Elena Shokhina is a Key Client Director of CBRE Office Agency Department. Elena works with Russian and international companies representing tenants and buyers as well as landlords.

Professional experience

Elena Shokhina has been working in the real estate market since 1998. Over this period she successfully worked with such companies as US Government, Gazprombank, Raiffeisen Bank, Alrosa Investment Group, MDM, MR Group, Central Properties. Elena is specializing in exclusive representing of client’s and landlord’s interests.

Elena has a great experience in leasing and sales premises in business centers exclusively. Among her major projects are Aeroport BC, 8 Marta 4th str., 6a (12,000 sqm), sale premises by blocks in BC at Viktorenko str., 3 (20,000 sqm), leasing premises in Pavlovsky BC phase I (7,000 sqm), Golden Age BC (10,000 sqm), sale of mansion at Smolensky b-r, 13 (around 2,000 sqm), sale of mansion at Prechistenka str. (2,500 sqm), sale of single standing building Triniti Motors at Vorontsovo Pole str. (1,100 sqm), leasing premises in Riga Land BP and others.

Now she is working with a number of key projects including leasing premises in Dvintsev BC (total area – 57,000 sqm), leasing premises in Pavlovsky BC phase II (total area 18,000 sqm), lease and sale premises in Victory Plaza and sale premises in a new BC Trio at 8th Marta str.

Among the tenants and buyers she represented such companies as Ingosstrah, Nikoil, Vneshtorgbank, Siloviye Mashiny, Reso-Garantiya, Interpipe and other Russian and international companies. Elena has been successfully working for 7 years with such developers as MR Group and Central Properties. 
Before CBRE Elena worked as a Property Advisor in DTZ Zadelhoff Tie Leung in 2001. She started her career in Arthur Andersen Company. 

Education

Elena graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economy, Finance and Credit, Banking Department in 1997.  She has also completed a number of professional courses including “Brokerage in real estate” and “Valuation of real estate projects” in International Academy of Consulting and Valuation.
Elena speaks English fluently.
