Jana Kuzina has been heading the Department of Strategic Consulting and Valuation since June 2003. Jana manages the team of professionals specializing in market research, financial modelling, property valuation, concept development, and portfolio strategic analysis for real estate developers and investors.

Jana is also responsible for supervision of international projects, where other CBRE offices are involved. During the last 5 years the Consulting & Valuation team has executed multiple projects in cooperation with CBRE professionals from London, Dubai, Seoul, New-York, Toronto, Montreal, and Tokyo.

PIK Group of Companies
Portfolio Valuation in 2007 (IPO at LSE) and regular valuations for financial reporting and loan security purposes in 2008, 2009 of numerous projects comprising over 500 properties, including large residential, office and retail projects across Russia (28 cities).
VTB
Recommendations on real estate strategy, which included the bank's portfolio audit (CIS countries), lease versus own analysis, recommendations on portfolio selection and property management. The study was perfomed in cooperation with CBRE Toronto and CBRE London and used the corporate planning.
Limitless
Several feasibility studies and valuation projects, including masterplan advisory on large-scale development projects in Moscow region, developed with Russian partners.
Nafta Moscow
Valuation of land portfolio consisting of about 290 hectares planned for development of a new residential settlement (4.5 mln sqm) 3 km from Moscow. The project (Rublevo-Arkhangeloskoe) stands out by its prestigious location, size, and advanced development stage.
The valuation included review of project design and approval documents and construction of a 15-year cash flow model.
Background
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Jana Kuzina was employed at Jones Lang Lasalle's Investment and Valuation Department (2001-2003).
