Responsibilities

Alexander Polenok is the Executive Managing Director of CBRE for Russia responsible for overall development of the Russian business and leadership of the Russian office’s team of over 500.

Alexander joined CBRE from Russia-based international banking and finance company, VTB Group, where he has been CEO of their VTB Factoring business. Prior to that, Alexander spent more than three years at McKinsey & Company and has a range of other experience in international investment projects and companies.

• MBA degree from Kelley School of Business (Indiana University) with focus on Finance, Class 2005
• MS degree in Economic Cybernetics (graduated with honors), Kharkiv State University, Ukraine, 1992 – 1997
